| An additional $350.00 Security/Damage deposit will be collected. This deposit plus 20% of the rental fee along with signed rental contract will be required within 10 days of booking to secure the house for you. The remaining balance will be due no later than 28 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be returned in full and mailed within 7 days of departure, assuming that keys/remotes are returned and there is no substantial damage beyond normal wear and tear due to acts or negligence of guest. | |
